It was very good wven with another price increase and I forgot to tell him I wanted to use my points. Then I was driving home and I kept getting all wheel drive not working alert and service parking brake alerts. I even stopped once and turned off the car and restarted it and atill got the alerts

We had a great experience working with Nick at Wheelers! We went in on a Thursday evening and looked at a vehicle and he was patient and willing to answer any questions we had. We went back Saturday morning after setting up an appointment to purchase the vehicle and were in and out within 15 minutes. On December 27th I purchased a Brand New GMC Hummer from a dealership in Minnesota and on my drive home to Chicago, I got an error message and ended up having to call roadside assistance who towed my truck to Wheelers GMC as they were the closest dealership authorized to work on Hummers. Took my Buick in for a recall fix and was pleasantly surprised. Very nice Sales and Service areas and a huge waiting area that I wouldn't mind spending an hour in. I ended up getting a ride home from Tom who was so nice and the dealership is lucky to have him. I will definitely think of Wheelers when we look to buy a new car.
My buick was serviced in a timely manner. I brought a book along to read while my car was being serviced. The time it took seemed shorter than I expected.

Service guy that I spoke with was very nice, even gave me a loaner vehicle while mine was being looked at. The loaner vehicle's gas tank was on E, low fuel light was on. The quote to fix my issue was quite high, I decided to not fix it.
I was able to schedule repair to my vehicle for an unexpected broken part in no time at all. One completed working on it I felt 100 percent confident that the job was done correctly.

Wheelers was easy to work with. Found a vehicle we wanted to see that was in Merrill, and we couldn't make the time work (we're in Appleton), so they took it to their Wisconsin Rapids location that was a bit closer for us and open later on a Saturday to look at it. We picked it up that Tuesday! The whole buying process was a breeze, the vehicle was fairly priced and we were offered a fair trade on our prior jeep. Josh and the whole team made our buying process hassle free and stress free.
